The 30-Sec button lets you set heating times in 30-second increments, and the Melt/Soften button is used to melt or soften things like chocolate, ice cream, and butter. There’s a Power Level button for selecting one of ten power level settings, a Time Cook button for setting total cooking time, a Time Defrost button for defrosting various foods, and three Auto Defrost buttons for defrosting Meat, Poultry, and Seafood by weight.
